I support women, leaders, creatives, businesses, and organisations to evolve identity, behaviour, leadership, and sustainability through strategic, emotional, embodied, and practical transformation.
After more than 25 years studying human behaviour and supporting transformation, one thing has become undeniably clear to me: meaningful and lasting change rarely happens through pressure, perfectionism, or pushing harder.
Real transformation begins when we better understand ourselves - how we think, feel, lead, cope, adapt, communicate, protect, and ultimately reconnect to who we truly are.
This belief sits at the heart of everything I do.
My work blends human behaviour, emotional intelligence, nervous system awareness, behavioural patterns, leadership, identity transformation, subconscious change, and practical strategy in a way that is deeply grounded, holistic, and human.
Over the years, I have supported thousands of women across seven countries - including founders, wellness practitioners, creatives, service and product-based business owners, executives, leadership teams, schools, and organisations seeking healthier, more sustainable ways of growing, leading, and creating meaningful impact.
Whether I’m working one-on-one, facilitating a room or retreat, speaking on a stage, or consulting within an organisation, my intention remains the same: to help people understand what is happening beneath the surface so they can create meaningful and lasting change.
I’m known as The Business Body Guide.
I began noticing something that fundamentally changed the way I understood transformation: individuals, businesses, teams, and organisations all have a body.
A way of thinking, a nervous system, patterns, behaviours, strengths, blind spots, emotional and relational dynamics, culture, and pressure points.
When this “body” is healthy, regulated, aligned, and supported, people and organisations tend to flourish. Leadership becomes clearer. Relationships strengthen. Communication improves. Growth becomes more sustainable.
But when the body is overwhelmed, disconnected, burnt out, reactive, over-functioning, under-supported, or operating from fear, self-protection, or outdated patterns, even the best strategy can struggle to succeed.
When we understand the body, we begin to understand what is truly needed for meaningful and sustainable growth.

a transformational self-inquiry framework designed to help people and organisations better understand the internal parts of themselves shaping how they think, feel, respond, relate, lead, and live.
At the centre of this work is a simple but powerful belief: when we understand ourselves more deeply, we stop repeating the patterns that no longer serve us.
This work supports people to better understand not only what they are doing, but why they are doing it - uncovering the beliefs, emotional patterns, behavioural loops, nervous system responses, identity structures, and unconscious dynamics shaping how they lead, work, relate, and live.
Many people describe my work as intuitive.

I have always had a heightened ability to recognise patterns, sense emotional dynamics, and notice what often sits beneath behaviour, leadership challenges, conflict, team culture, burnout, or self-sabotage.
My early formative years, combined with the loss of six loved ones throughout adulthood, offered me a unique lived understanding of grief, shock, trauma, emotional resilience, and human behaviour. These experiences inspired me to dive deeply into behavioural observation, emotional intelligence, and an ability to connect dots in ways that often create profound breakthroughs for individuals, teams, and organisations alike.
My clients often describe it as “magical” and “profound” while also being “deeply practical”.
I hold a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (La Trobe University), majoring in Psychology with minors in Sociology and Philosophy, alongside a Bachelor of Social Work (Monash University). I also completed the Business Essentials MBA pathway with Second Class Honours through the University of Melbourne.
I am a qualified Mental Health First Aider and hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE). Over the years, I have undertaken further certifications in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), NLP, Heart Coherence Meditation, and Reiki, with my work also informed by DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy), Family Constellations, and Dilts’ Logical Levels of Change.
These methodologies support the way I help people regulate emotions, strengthen leadership, shift behaviour, navigate complexity, and deepen self-awareness.
Alongside my consulting and transformational work, I am a TEDx speaker, a three-times published author, including an international Amazon bestselling title, and a Champion Award finalist nominee for business coaching.
I am also the founder of The Heart Centred Way - a meditation and transformational community supporting emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and self-leadership.
I host Playing the Beautiful Long Game, both a podcast and entrepreneurial community for people wanting to build meaningful success without losing themselves in the process.
Beyond business, I served as a former board member for Hope for Education Ghana, reflecting my long-standing commitment to education, leadership, service, and global contribution.
Another career highlight was appearing in a documentary, podcast, and conference in Boston, USA, where I was a keynote speaker and facilitator alongside Harvard professors and Victor Chan, co-founder of The Dalai Lama Centre.
Watching someone I loved deeply give so much of herself to family, responsibility, and caring for others - without always knowing how to care for herself - shaped me in ways I could never have anticipated.
I witnessed the cost of self-abandonment before I had the language for it.
Four months after Mum’s transition, I became a mother to my beautiful neurospicy son - one of the greatest teachers of my life.
Motherhood invited me into a deeper understanding of patience, emotional regulation, resilience, grief, advocacy, unconditional love, and what it truly means to meet another human exactly where they are.
It strengthened my belief that success without wellbeing means very little, and that emotional safety, self-awareness, boundaries, and sustainable leadership are not luxuries - they are essential.
It is through my lived experience losing mum, my divorce, overcoming a psychologically abusive relationship, and the loss of six loved ones that I know first-hand the importance of teaching myself and others not just to leave a legacy - but to truly live their legacy.
Outside of my work, you’ll often find me cloud gazing, immersed in nature, dancing, holidaying in Bali with my life partner, or facilitating meaningful conversations with humans from all walks of life.
At my core, I believe transformation begins the moment we stop abandoning ourselves and start becoming honest about who we are, what we need, and what we are truly here to create.
