What Happens in a Session?
We begin with a short breath process followed by a heart coherence meditation to help you feel centred, calm and open.
From there, I intuitively connect with your higher self / soul to access information that may support you in creating a more peaceful, successful and aligned life.
I may utilise card decks, intuitive guidance, books, quotes, symbols or even songs that feel relevant to your healing, insight or next steps.
I am also attuned and trained in Reiki, and where appropriate, gentle channeled Reiki healing energy may naturally flow throughout the session to support emotional, energetic and nervous system regulation, healing and integration.
I have a particular passion for supporting women to thrive in their finances, career and business, while also ensuring the information shared feels empowering rather than triggering — allowing us to move toward practical and meaningful action.
