My proprietary Six Selves framework provides a structured lens to examine where a team is losing momentum — and why.
Rather than applying generic solutions, we work through six key dimensions of organisational life to uncover what’s really getting in the way and what needs to shift.
The sixth self - the Sexual Self -often raises an eyebrow, but it has nothing to do with sex. It speaks to something far more fundamental: the creative force, the vitality, the generative energy that pulses through every successful team.
It’s the life force of any thriving organisation, and when it’s blocked, you feel it — in flat meetings, disengaged people, and ideas that never quite make it off the ground.
